You can make a single change in size or for another item for free.

If you wish to purchase another garment or item for a lower amount, the difference will be refunded in a coupon so that you can enjoy it on our website without an expiration date. If, on the contrary, the new garment or article that you choose is of a higher amount, you can pay the difference with your payment card.

No more items can be added if you choose to exchange for another garment, only one item can be requested to proceed with the change.

You can schedule a pickup or drop off the package yourself at your nearest post office.

When the garment arrives at our facilities and is reviewed by our warehouse team, we will generate a new order with the new size or new item requested and we will send it to you as soon as possible.

Size changes or exchanges for another item can only be made in the peninsula, Spain.

You will have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a size change.

The client has 14 calendar days for any financial return* from the receipt of the garment. This date will be the one that appears on the delivery note. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

To make your return you can request a scheduled collection or leave it at your nearest post office.

In Spain, the cost of home collection is 6 euros, and if you manage it by going to your nearest post office, the cost will be 5 euros. We also do international collections. For other countries you can consult the cost of the collection when you are carrying out the management. This amount will be deducted from the refund to be made.


Remember that the items are under your responsibility until the package is delivered to our courier. We are not responsible for receiving packages outside of office hours.

The item must be in its original condition and packaging. As well as with all its accessories and labels. Changes or returns of those garments that do not meet these conditions or have been used will not be accepted.

Once the garment is received in our warehouse, and after approval, you will receive your refund in the same form of payment*. The estimated term is 10 to 15 business days, depending on the receiving bank.

For returns outside of 14 days and up to 30 days after receipt of the garment, you can request a coupon with the value of the garments to be returned. IQ COLLECTION reserves the right to reject returns sent after the established period, or garments that are not in the same conditions in which they were received. In this case, the products will be sent again to the addressee postage due and no refund will apply.

In the event that the garment has some type of flaw or defect, the time to communicate it via email is 24/48 hours from the receipt of the order. After verifying it, we will proceed to collect the item in question and a new item of the same or similar conditions will be sent. In case of not having stock of said product for its replacement, the order will be refunded in full.
