Orders are prepared every business day from Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Orders will be sent to the address provided by the customer. IQ COLLECTION does not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product does not take place as a result of the data provided by the user being inaccurate, incomplete or false or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company, such as the absence of the user or retention of the product in Customs.
In the event that customs detains the package, the recipient will have to bear the management costs. This condition is accepted with the completion of the purchase. In those cases in which the article has reached its destination and the customer rejects the customs and management payment, this amount will be deducted from the return of the product.
In no case IQ COLLECTION is responsible for the payment of customs management or the taxes derived from them.

Shipments to Spain (Peninsula) and Portugal:
- Free shipping (orders over 160 EUR). Delivery in 1-4 business days.
- Standard Shipping (orders under 160 EUR) 3.95 EUR. Home delivery in 1 – 4 business days.
- Express Shipping 5.95 EUR. Home delivery in 1-2 business days.
Shipments to the Canary Islands:
- Fee of 30.00 EUR. Home delivery 3 – 5 business days.
Shipments to Europe, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and
Melilla:
- Fee of 15.00 EUR. Home delivery 3 – 5 business days.
Shipments to the United Kingdom:
- Fee of 40.00 EUR. Home delivery 3 – 5 business days.
International deliveries:
- Fee of 50.00 EUR. Home delivery 7 – 10 business days.

Unless there are circumstances derived from the personalization of the products, or unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances occur, we will send the order consisting of the products listed in each Shipping Confirmation within the period indicated on the website according to the selected shipping method.
Delivery times are approximate. Any delay or problem with the shipment should be contacted with the courier company in charge of the transport, without prejudice to the fact that INVIRCOLECION, SL does everything on its part to assist and solve the matter.
