CHANGES
If you make your purchase online, you can request a single free exchange of size or garment, through our online exchange and returns platform or at our physical point of sale at C/ Jorge Manrique, 11 CP 28006, Madrid.
If you wish to purchase another garment or item for a lower price, the difference will be refunded to your credit card, which you can use on our website or at the aforementioned retailer*, with no expiration date. If, on the other hand, the new garment or item you choose is for a higher price, you can pay the difference with your credit card.
*Exchanges for items from The IQ Home Collection are not permitted, nor are your credit card valid for these products. Credits are only valid for clothing and accessories from The IQ Collection.
If you make your exchange online, you cannot add more items to the new order. You can only request a single item to process the exchange.

You can take the package yourself to your nearest post office.
When the garment arrives at our facilities and is reviewed by our warehouse team, we will generate a new order with the new size or new item requested and will send it to you as soon as possible.
Size changes or exchanges for another item can only be made in mainland Spain.
You will have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a size exchange.
*Items from our COSMOS and COSMOS II collection, in collaboration with designer Roberto Diz, purchased online are not eligible for a refund. You can only request an exchange of size or item, or a credit card to redeem the refund online. You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange this collection.
*Items from our COSMOS and COSMOS II collection, in collaboration with designer Roberto Diz, can be purchased at our store located at C/Jorge Manrique 11, Madrid. No returns or exchanges are allowed.

RETURNS
If you made an online purchase, you can return it the same way, through our exchange and returns portal, or in person at our physical store located at C/ Jorge Manrique 11, Cp 28006 Madrid. (Returns to this address must be made in person. Returns received by post at this address will not be accepted.)
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your purchase or by credit card so you can enjoy it again online or at the aforementioned point of sale*.
*The purchase card cannot be used for items from The IQ Home Collection. It will only be valid for clothing and accessories from The IQ Collection.
The customer has 14 calendar days* from receipt of the garment to return the item for a free return. This date will be stated on the delivery note. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer online.

In Spain, the return cost will be €5. You can also manage your international return. You can check the return cost from your country when you're processing your return. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
* Items from the "EXCLUSIVE SALE" section of our website are not eligible for a refund. You may exchange the item for a size or item, or you may obtain a credit card.
* Items from our COSMOS collection, in collaboration with designer Roberto Diz, purchased online are not eligible for a refund. You can only request an exchange of size or item, or a credit card to redeem the refund online. You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange this collection.
*Garments from our COSMOS collection, in collaboration with designer Roberto Diz, purchased at our store located at C/Jorge Manrique 11, Madrid, cannot be exchanged or returned.
*Items purchased at our physical store located at C/Jorge Manrique 11, Madrid, cannot be returned for cash. You may only request an exchange for a size or another item of equal or greater value within 14 calendar days*. If you request a return and refund, you will need a credit card to redeem again at our store or online. This credit card cannot be redeemed for The IQ HOME products or on our website.
Remember that the items are under your responsibility until the package is delivered to our courier. We are not responsible for receiving packages outside of office hours.
The item must be in its original condition and packaging. As well as all its accessories and labels. Exchanges or returns will not be accepted for garments that do not meet these conditions or have been used.
Once the garment is received in our warehouse, and after approval, you will receive your refund in the same payment method*. The estimated period is 10 to 15 business days, depending on the receiving bank.

For returns outside of 14 days and up to 30 days after receiving the garment, you can request a coupon with the value of the garments to be returned. IQ COLLECTION reserves the right to reject returns sent after the established deadline, or garments that are not in the same conditions in which they were received. In this case, the products will be sent back to the recipient with postage due and no refund will be issued.
In the event that the garment has some type of defect or defect, the time to communicate the same via email atinfo@theiqcollection.com is 24/48 hours from the time the order is received. After checking it, we will proceed to collect the garment in question and a new garment with the same or similar conditions will be sent. If we do not have stock of said product for its replacement, the order will be fully refunded.
